Sandy Fowler is passionate about helping women de-stress their lives. She teaches, blogs, speaks and hosts a radio show all focused on weeding out stress and creating more joy. Using holidays and special celebrations as a springboard Sandy helps women create happiness in their lives every day . She’s a wife, mom and business owner whose greatest joy, next to loving her family, is seeing the women she works with find the joy they’ve been looking for.
Sandy has experienced the ups and downs, the sorrows and joys that only family can bring. She knows what it’s like to spend your holidays, and many other days, stressed-out and running from sunrise to sunset only to end up disappointed in the end. She’s been there herself and blazed a trail out. Now she uses her down-to-earth, practical approach to living, working, and prospering to show you how to follow the trail so you can find the joy, fun and meaning you are looking for.
As the creator of the Heart Filled Holidays project, Sandy teaches you how to design stress free holidays that warm your heart and feed your spirit. She knows that you can have the holidays and special celebrations you want, ones filled with fun and meaning and which leave you with wonderful memories to cherish. To help you get started she gives away free holiday help at the Heart Filled Holidays website.
